Dang, I gotta do kind of a 12th step thang and I ain’t a 12 stepper
He and I got cleaned up about the same time over 5 years ago. Now he's back strung out again and his wife just called me asking for help. I reckon I can just go over and talk to him. I guess I could tell him to go to detox then treatment and if that fails maybe talk him into Sub treatment. It's been awhile since I've done one of these "talking tos". He's a non 12 step kinda dude like me but I think I'm gonna tell him to get detoxed then rehabbed then go to meetings for awhile. Jeesh, sucks to be him. I'm glad I ain't gotta get dopesick and stuff. Maybe I can do some good or whatever. Wish me supermegaluckofthebuddha and whatnot. All you prayin types please pray for your gods to put the right words in my mouth.

I have a big job interview this afternoon. It sounds like a perfect fit for me (even though it means going through yet another clearance process) and is close to home even. So keep me in your thoughts, send out all that positive energy.

I have been drinking beyond my comfort zone It used to be a couple times a year now has crept into most days of the week. I have prommised myself for the last week that I wouldn't drink but low & behold I have. I have to get a grip & stop. I think I might need a f 2 f meeing.
