Hello there. How is everyone? I have not written any thing for a while now. Had a relaspe. Iam now stating over again. I have 60 days clean and sober. I mean really clean. I went off of a percription drug (clazopam) 'benzo'. It was very hard to do.I have some twiching ,banging head ,pulling hair,and sometimes my mucles don't work right. Even to this very day. I also am a cutter, picker, banging my head and a sratcher (to myself) I am trying very hard not to. But it is really hard for me. As I feel it is the only thing I have left. If anyone can help me please share it . I mean with self harm. Also any one who has kicked the (benzos ) for any length . May you give me feed back.. Thanx for reading...:Val003::fireworks2

And I am moving today!!! I went to the apartment last night, got the keys, met the cable guy who installed the box and internet stuff and I am off my friends couch!!!!!!!!!

I just realized this morning as well that when I do get my computer hooked up with my cam that my bedroom window faces part of the TC. The other window faces the intracoastal, so I'll take pix of that and some how post them here.
